General
The following terms apply to products provided by:

unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between us and you as a customer. Sales via steelior.com are aimed at business customers, organizations, authorities, and private individuals.
Prices
All prices listed on steelior.com are shown excluding VAT. Shipping costs are specified at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust listed prices before the given delivery date, provided that you as a customer are notified thereof. Prices are listed in Swedish kronor by standard but as a customer, you can choose to view the prices in EUR (with a fixed exchange rate set by Steelior).
Ordering
Ordering products is done by visiting steelior.com. Shortly after you send your order, you will receive an order confirmation, this is not legally binding but only a confirmation that we have received your order. If necessary, a drawing is emailed to customer for confirmation to complete the order. Since most of the products displayed on steelior.com are manufactured upon order, any custom designs or features must be checked and confirmed by customer before completion of order. Customer is fully responsible for all measurements.
Shipment and Delivery Time
Distribution of ordered goods is always carried out in the most appropriate way for each individual delivery. The transport cost is paid by the customer when placing the order, and no other costs are added after this unless otherwise agreed. Estimated delivery time is 4-5 weeks after confirmed order.
Right of Withdrawal/Return
All of our products are manufactured upon approved order from customer. Therefore, requests for returns will generally not be approved. However, if product received does not correspond with details in order confirmation and/or drawings, product will be adjusted or replaced by steelior.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Transport Risk
We bear the transport risk, i.e., the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you.
Damage upon Delivery
Steelior.com or the current distributor inspects each shipment before it is sent to you. Should the item be damaged upon arrival, contrary to expectations, we undertake to rectify the error free of charge. If your delivery is damaged during transport, you need to make a complaint to the carrier who managed the delivery, as soon as possible, within a reasonable time. A note about visible damage should be made immediately upon receipt of the goods and noted in the transport document or other document. The note must be verified by the driver or issuer. Damage includes both visible and hidden damages, which means you need to unpack (remove the product from its packaging) and inspect the goods carefully. Remember to keep all packaging (the product's packaging) in case of transport damage. This is so that the carrier can inspect the goods including packaging. Steelior is also responsible for errors that occurred before transport.
Reservation
Steelior.com reserves the right for any typographical, image or system errors on the website, such as incorrect product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect product images, errors in prices or price adjustments and incorrect information about stock levels. We reserve the right to change information on the website at any time to correct any errors.
Limitation of Liability
Should liability for damages or obligation to pay compensation arise for us according to these general terms and conditions, unless intent or gross negligence exists, the liability shall be limited to a total amount corresponding to the purchase price for the product(s) on which the liability is based.
Our liability only covers direct losses. Our liability thus does not cover indirect losses, such as loss in business activity or the customer's loss of data, nor damages that we could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the agreement and whose consequences he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.
Arbitration
Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions and related legal matters shall be settled by arbitrators according to Swedish law.
